Ruby Maddox is a consultant, speaker, and workshop facilitator, dedicated to helping individuals cultivate their potential for meaningful contributions to society. She has spent more than 15 years working in the field of nonprofit management and philanthropy. She is the co-founder of two nonprofit organizations focused on social justice, leadership, and equity. Ruby has received numerous awards and recognition, including a 40 Under 40 Business and Community Leader's award.
Ruby Maddox has also has also spent more than 12 years working in the field of higher education and experiential learning; coordinating internship and fellowship programs focused on academic development and professional achievement.
As a first generation graduate, Ruby pursued a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts in Public Policy and Urban Communities. In 2013 she received her Masters in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path College.
