Creating a shared vision for your team or organization is about understanding the values each member places on the overall objectives of the organization. Individuals on a team bring their own sense understanding and discernment to any problem or situation. Collaborative Leadership is about learning how to help your team achieve clarity of mission, goals, and objectives; even in the midst of competing priorities and changing environments. Creating a shared vision through Collaborative Leadership also allows teams to create a clear analysis of of the problem to determine what action steps need to be taken to effectively move the mission forward .
Direct Your Purpose Strategic planning is about helping your company move from the Aspiration of your organization's goals to intentional strategic Action. I work with your team to get clear on your organization's Purpose and Vision and lead a process that creates alignment in the implementation of that vision.

The Direct Your Purpose framework, is a process for helping individuals and organizations create a strategy from their inner-why. Clients are taught how to gain clarity on their goals and their values, as a guiding force to move any objective or aspiration forward. Through this process they learn step-by-step how to connect to their purpose, develop their vision, and​ turn it into action.

Understanding Purpose & Vision Analysis
Participants are introduced to the DYP framework and the role of "Vision Clarity and Analysis" in the strategic design process, as well as how to create a "limitless vision". Participants also gain an understanding of their own personal values and productivity style and how those areas impact the collaborative leadership process.

Creating a Team Vision
Participants learn how to use the DYP Framework to create a team vision based on team values, objectives, and strategy. They learn how team dynamics and productivity styles impact the collaborative leadership process. Participants also learn how to effectively make room for individual contributions and strengths while supporting the "challenge areas" for each member.

Facilitating the Visioning Process
Participants apply what they have learned as a tool for facilitating a "shared visioning process". I teach your team to apply the DYP framework process to create a strategic action plan and a clear analysis of any problem. Participants also learn how to use these skills to achieve clarity ; even when the unexpected happens.
